It's a Fine Line IIELEMENTS EXHIBITION Made from corrugated iron, waxed cord and mercerised thread. This iron was rescued from Maungawhau Mt Eden, Tmaki Makaurau Auckland. It came from an old villa that would have had many stories to tell. Gilly has used vertical yarn wrapping to make this piece and the iron sing. This is the first large rectangular piece that Gilly has made. She loves experimenting with size and scale and Gilly thinks it really works with the yarn
